Johan Nylén

Worked within exercise, rehab, health and education for 17 years in Stockholm, Sweden. Started InMo Medveten Träning back in 2005, KLTK Gym and Squash 2016 and Tändstickspalatset 2018 together with three close freinds. At 2016 he got the privilege to take part of the Medical Trainer Education by The Academy in Sweden, the first of its kind. Has since then worked as a Medical Trainer both in Sweden and Mallorca. Johan is a pioneer in the personal and medical training field as he, in addition to working with exercise and physical activity, also includes medical parameters and mental aspects in the program. Doing all of the measurements by himself. Johan also runs lectures at companies and organizations within training, measurements and health. The overall goal is to give the client enough tools and information so they can make their own healthy path and live their life with no limitations.
