When you're going to lose weight, it's obvious that the change in fat mass is important, not just your weight and also to keep as much muscles as possible while you doing it. We need to start a negative energy balance, an energy deficit. This is done by eating less calories than you spend. First we find out your basal metabolism and then how much calories you spend in a day, then we make a plan. Your metabolism, both in rest and during activities are changes over the years and the way you are eating, drinking and moving must follow those changes if you want to stay or become fit. To adapt you current situation is a must as well as having fun in the meanwhile.

 

FATREX-Fat Reducing Exercise

It´s the interaction between the various components below that contributes to more effective fat reduction.

FATREX-1 is weight training with or without equipment.

FATREX-2 is longer endurance exercise at medium speed.

FATREX-3 is interval training.

FARTREX-diet is high protein low calorie diet.

Example of av healthy progress Fat % and FFM (includes muscles) over a period of 8 years. This client train with weights once a week (FATREX-1), did distance running once a week (FATREX-2), played tennis twice a week (FATREX-3), did yoga once (nice),  and where eating according to FARTREX-diet recommendations.
