Medical Training is physical exercise or activity for people with different diagnoses and limitations or specific needs and goals.

A Medical Trainer can alone or together with other occupational categories, reaches successful results with different types of individuals. For example:

- Mental health problems such as stress, depression and anxiety.

- Metabolic diseases such as cystic fibrosis and hypothyroidism.

- Rheumatic diseases such as arthritis, psoriasis arthritis and fibromyalgia.

- Cancer.

- Age related diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, osteoporoses and stroke.
